Add a day, swap a hotel, drop a temple, shift the dates. We re-cost it until it fits.

We take it from there
Flights, coaches, hotels and meals arranged, with a tour manager alongside the group throughout.

Questions, answered
No. We have arranged private departures for a couple on honeymoon and for a temple committee of sixty. The per-person cost changes with group size, and we will tell you honestly how it works out.
Yes, and it is usually the best value. We already know the route, the hotels and the costs, so a private departure of a published itinerary can be quoted quickly and priced keenly.
A 50% advance per person confirms the group, with the balance due 25 days before departure. For customised trips we confirm the exact schedule in writing along with the itinerary.
Yes. Most of our group tours run pure vegetarian by default, and Jain food can be arranged with notice. Mention it on the form and it will be built into the plan.
A large share of our travellers are senior citizens, so gentle pacing, rest days and accessible hotels are normal requests. Travellers above 65 need a medical report from an MD doctor issued within 30 days of travel.
