Booking, payment, medical requirements and everything else you may want to check before you travel with us.
How do I confirm a booking?
A 50% advance per person holds your booking. The balance is payable 25 days before the date of journey. If you book within 25 days of departure, full payment is required. Payment can be made online, by bank deposit, cash or cheque, or to an executive at our office.
Are children charged?
Children below 5 years are not charged and are not provided a separate seat in the bus (flight charges still apply). For children aged 5 to 10 years, 70% of the package cost applies on domestic packages, with an extra mattress provided in the room.
Is there an age or medical requirement?
Travellers above 65 years must submit a medical report from an MD doctor, taken within 30 days of the travel date. Anyone with prevailing or unexpected medical issues should complete a check-up before final booking. Health insurance covering the travel period is mandatory. For the Manasarovar package, travellers above 60 and those who are medically unwell are not permitted on the second-day Parikrama.
When do I get the final itinerary?
The final itinerary is issued two days before the travel date. Packages are periodically modified on schedule, and routes may change due to weather, traffic or local government conditions.
What about helicopter and charter flights?
For Char Dham, Amarnath, Muktinath and Manasarovar yatras, helicopters and chartered flights operate subject to climatic conditions and at the discretion of the respective governments. The company is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by weather.
Can I cancel or postpone?
As per company policy, cancellation, refund, replacement or postponement is not accepted once the advance payment has been made. Please confirm your dates carefully before paying.
