These essential points summarise the booking conditions. Please contact our team if you need any clarification before confirming your seat.

Booking & payments

A 50% advance per person is required to hold a booking. The balance is due 25 days before departure. For travel dates within 25 days, full payment is required at booking. Payment can be made online, by bank deposit, cash or cheque.

Children & room sharing

Children below five years are not charged and are not allotted a seat, though applicable flight charges apply. Children aged five to ten are charged 70% on domestic packages, with an extra mattress. Triple sharing uses an extra mattress.

Transport arrangements

Vehicle type may change according to group size — bus, tempo traveller, Innova or car. Bus seating is arranged on a daily rotation basis. Local conveyance where buses cannot enter is paid directly by travellers.

Hotels, meals & missed services

Accommodation follows the confirmed package category. Heater or AC interruptions caused by power issues do not qualify for refunds. No refund is provided for unused or missed meals, sightseeing or complimentary services.

Medical fitness & insurance

Travellers above 65 must submit an MD doctor’s medical report issued within 30 days of travel. Travellers with medical concerns should obtain clearance before final booking. Health insurance for the travel period is mandatory.

Itinerary & weather changes

The final itinerary is issued two days before travel. Weather, road, traffic, government restrictions or other unavoidable circumstances may require route, timing or schedule changes. Any additional resulting cost is borne by travellers.

Travel discipline

Please follow guide and driver timings so all scheduled places can be covered. If a traveller misses the vehicle, they must make their own arrangements to reach the next point; missed services are not refundable.

Personal liability

Travellers are responsible for their valuables and belongings. R.V. Tours & Travels is not liable for loss, theft, damage, medical issues, injury or purchases made from local vendors and service providers.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation, refund, replacement or postponement is not accepted after advance payment, in accordance with company policy. A booking signed by one traveller on behalf of others is treated as valid communication for all named travellers.

Seats are limited on every departure
